Dr Aristotle Kantzides
BSc., PhD, MBBS, FRACGP
Dr Kantzides, originally from Melbourne, relocated to Bairnsdale in 2013, where he completed his GP training at some excellent local practices. Ari has a special interest in skin lesions, trauma and emergency medicine, as well as all areas of family health.
Having a Greek background (fluent in Greek), Ari enjoys starting his days at a leisurely pace and working late into the evenings.
He works from Monday to Friday
Dr Joshua Hurn
Bsc., Grad Dip. MBBS, FRACGP
Dr. Hurn, originally from WA, graduated from medicine in 2009 and became a fellow member of the RACGP in 2016.
He is a full time GP at Advantage HealthPoint, Bairnsdale, and has interest & experience in rural health, family medicine, paediatrics & procedural work.
Josh has special interests are men’s health, children’s health and immunisation.
He works from Monday to Friday.
Dr Jai Kaushik
MBBS, SCHP, FRACGP
Dr. Kaushik is fluent in a number of languages, and is welcomed at Advantage HealthPoint from Monday 30 April 2018.
Jai has special interests are chronic diseases and preventative medicine.
He works from Monday to Friday.
Dr Elnaz Khorshidian
MD
We welcome Dr. Khorshidian who comes to us from a busy Melbourne practice.
We are delighted that she becomes our first female Dr, and has particular interest in women’s and children’s health, as well as the management of chronic disease.
Elnaz is taking appointments from Monday 9th December.
She will be working Monday to Friday.
Tara Couzens
BSocSci.,Grad Dip. Psych
Tara provides onsite psychology support to adolescent and adult clients.
She has an eclectic, client centered approach to therapy incorporating a range of evidence based techniques.
Her special interests and expertise include depression, anxiety, trauma and many other personal issues.
Angus Collins
Podiatry
With over 30yrs of podiatry experience, Angus brings a practical approach to all foot related problems.
He is able to offer CAD/CAM orthotics using a 3D scanner for foot impressions from which orthotics are produced.
Diabetes management is an area of particular interest.
